Encouraging fashion entrepreneurial spirit in Barbie fans, this game focuses on customization of player patterns and designs. Players can design an infinite number of looks to Barbie's accessories with the ability to draw and photograph their own textures, incorporating them as the trendiest new fabric patterns

Players were able to flex their creativity muscles by creating patterned fabric swatches using a paint interface and could save up to 50 unique patterns. These patterns could be applied to a selected accessory templates along with a collection of stickers shaped like gems, buttons and other decorative adornments. Players were able to design their own handbags, hats, shoes and more which could be applied to the dolls in a stickerbook style magazine. Players could then take photos with Barbie or record their voice to name their magazine.
